Welcome to your new second-hand craft supplies shop opening in Dunkerque on August 7th, 2015! The inventory, which can be supplies for all sorts of classic or modern crafts, comes mostly from the public. Customers can donate, exchange, buy, and sell their {yarn, fabric, buttons, paper, beads, needles, paint, feathers, ribbons, wood, clay, patterns, frames, canvases, jars, corks, glitters, lace, etc.}

Upcycling is using items that would be otherwise thrown out or recycled (or left at the bottom of a drawer) to create something useful of quality and beauty. Instead of getting rid of it, we give it a new life, a new form, a new chance… it’s an ecological way of reusing instead of throwing away.

In this store, the pricing is mostly pay-as-you-wish: the customer choses the price he or she thinks his purchase is worth. Since we don’t all have the same notion of beauty, usefulness, and value, this is a way for the client to always leave the shop feeling satisfied with his purchase.

The space is also used for classes, workshops, and support groups. The public can give these classes, and they are also pay-as-you-wish.
